• Praytell is a creative communications agency powered by teams with strategic minds and spirited hearts. • Cultivating communities across a wide variety of social media channels. • Conducting daily social listening to monitor for relevant industry/brand conversations. • Consistently reporting back on community management trends. • Partnering with account, project management and creative teams. • Collaborating with brand customer service team as needed. • Assisting the copywriting and strategy teams with content development and reporting. • Participating in brainstorms and big idea development. • Staying up-to-date on the latest platform and industry news.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of community management experience under your belt (bonus points if it’s at an agency); sports interest and wellness/fitness experience is preferred • Deep understanding of the top social media channels and the latest functionality/features; knowledge of the influencer and creator space is ideal. • Proficiency in one or more content management tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite or Khoros and analytic platforms in the past • An understanding of good customer service and how to relay it online while remaining professional in tone and on-brand • Ambitious & entrepreneurial • Flexible & adaptable • Meticulous & organized • Creative thinker & problem solver • Inquisitive & eager to learn • Collaborative & team-oriented • Honest & ethical • Committed to diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging

Benefits
