Description

• Responsible for establishing, managing and nurturing relationships with key clients • Identifying new business opportunities • Ensuring the successful delivery of renewable energy projects • Working closely with clients to understand their energy needs • Offering tailored solutions • Overseeing lifecycle from proposal to contract completion

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in account management and business development • Experience in Wind Energy • Solar and BESS experience strongly preferred • Strong understanding of Wind Energy and wind farm development • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Comfortable being “hands-on” and “boots on the ground” • High degree of emotional intelligence, working virtually in complex teams/environments • Proven success working with all levels of management • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
