📋 Description
• The IT Project Manager II is responsible for providing project management services in the areas of Business Process Engineering and Technology Enablement across Precision Medicine Group businesses. • Responsibilities include management of IT application development, application validation, production application deployment and post launch support. • This position will require engagement with various stakeholders on multiple projects to manage identified workstreams and ensure proper communication between project team members, including internal and external clients. • This role is accountable for assuring the management and planning of assigned work are completed in compliance with Precision’s quality standards.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 7 years experience working as a technical project manager • Minimum of 7 years experience managing cross functional project teams • Ability to manage projects from inception to retirement • Must be able to manage cross functional project teams and adapt to a variety of business specific requirements • Detail oriented with the ability to anticipate development and quality issues • Ability to accurately estimate timelines and costs associated with system development life cycle milestones • Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills with the ability to multi-task • Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals • Ability to read and interpret technical documents • Must be flexible on work hours
