🎯 Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role is required β€’ Proven track record of driving revenue growth within the Department of Defense and Federal agencies β€’ Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations β€’ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams β€’ Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans β€’ Proficiency in sales forecasting and data analysis β€’ Experience with CRM software and sales performance tools β€’ Ability to travel as needed
