• Improve our existing articles on Knowledge Base • Update and create new articles to reflect recent features • Write engaging and clear emails and notifications to inform clients about new features • Collaborate with the product team to understand the value of new features, and convey them clearly to users

Requirements

• English proficiency (C1-C2 level) • Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail • Excellent time management skills • Quick learning abilities • Friendly mindset • Experience in technical writing or content creation, especially in the software sector • Familiarity with content management systems, SEO best practices, and customer communication tools is a plus • Degree in linguistics, translation or journalism • Knowledge of other languages (French, Spanish, German) are always a plus
