Description

• Proactively identify new business opportunities using a multi-channel approach: outbound cold calling, email and LinkedIn campaigns, and other outreach strategies. • Use targeted questions to understand the needs of leads and determine their fit with our product. • Schedule meetings for AEs with qualified prospects from outbound channels. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (Hubspot). • Work closely with the sales team, sharing insights and contributing to ongoing optimization of lead generation, qualification, and sales strategies. • Develop and maintain a consistent follow-up process to ensure leads are nurtured effectively and converted into opportunities.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in outbound cold calling, sales, or a similar customer-facing role. • The opportunity to work in our office in Kyiv or Warsaw. • Ability to work during U.S. business hours. • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written, with native or near-native fluency. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude while working in a sales environment. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt to various scenarios and customer needs. • High level of responsibility and attention to detail. • Strong time management and self-organization skills are essential for balancing different types of tasks. • Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools.
