• Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation for internal and external audiences, including user guides, API documentation, and technical specifications. • Prepare and organize regulatory and quality documents in compliance with industry standards and company policies. • Analyze and understand code written in PHP, JavaScript, and Python to effectively document software functionality and processes. • Document cloud infrastructure setups, including networking, Docker configurations, and other cloud-related technologies. • Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content for a diverse audience. • Challenge and educate developers and technical teams to write and maintain their documentation, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a tech-driven environment. • Strong understanding of PHP, JavaScript, Python, and cloud infrastructure technologies. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Fluent in both French and English. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
