Description

• Own the technical implementation of lead handoff process between marketing and sales • Ensure smooth operations to create and nurture leads • Report into the Director of Growth Marketing and work closely with sales team

Requirements

• 3+ total years of work experience across analytics, marketing operations, or a technical growth marketing role • A hacker persona that will learn new approaches and ship projects quickly • The ability to be multifaceted and context switch when necessary • Communicate your initiatives and results clearly across departments • Experience with technical marketing automation tools like:Email marketing platforms (Customer.io, Iterable, etc.) Email campaigning tools (Outreach, Smartlead, etc) Webhooks / workflow automation (Zapier, Pipedream, etc.) CDPs (Segment, Amplitude) Signal aggregation (Common Room, Orbit, etc.) • A hunger to understand, reach & influence our category of engineers • Experience with SQL and exposure to the data engineering ecosystem, including some of the following: Data movement (Fivetran, Airbyte, Reverse ETL tools) Transformation (dbt, custom Python) Data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) Orchestration (Airflow, Prefect, Dagster, Luigi, etc.) Serverless and/or containerized infrastructure (Google Cloud Run, AWS ECS, Docker + Kubernetes, etc.)
