• Your job will be to build and execute events and community programs that drive engagement and create real value for our clients. • From webinars and workshops to large-scale conferences and meetups, you'll be in the driver’s seat, taking full ownership of projects. • Expect to collaborate closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure that every event is strategically aligned with customer needs. • This role will test your strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and relentless drive. • The stakes are high, but so are the rewards.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with an ability to stay on top of multiple high-priority projects. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both for event planning and community engagement. • Proven ability to create impactful content for promoting events and keeping the community engaged. • Highly analytical and resourceful, with a knack for staying ahead of industry trends. • Strong familiarity with event management tools and online community platforms. • A strategic mindset with a relentless focus on results. You’ll be expected to constantly analyze the impact of your work and adjust accordingly. • You’re highly motivated, driven by a desire to take on big challenges and see projects through to completion. • You’re scrappy and resourceful. You know how to find creative solutions even when you don’t have all the resources handed to you.
