• About Prelim • Prelim is a fast-growing, remote-only startup disrupting the banking industry. • We're laser-focused on transforming how banks onboard customers, offering cutting-edge solutions for both online and in-branch experiences. • We're hiring our first Events & Community Marketing Associate to help us cultivate an engaged community and execute high-impact events that leave a lasting impression on our clients in the banking sector. • Expect to collaborate closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• Exceptional organizational skills, with an ability to stay on top of multiple high-priority projects. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both for event planning and community engagement. • Proven ability to create impactful content for promoting events and keeping the community engaged. • Highly analytical and resourceful, with a knack for staying ahead of industry trends. • Strong familiarity with event management tools and online community platforms. • A strategic mindset with a relentless focus on results. You’ll be expected to constantly analyze the impact of your work and adjust accordingly. • You’re highly motivated, driven by a desire to take on big challenges and see projects through to completion. • You’re scrappy and resourceful. You know how to find creative solutions even when you don’t have all the resources handed to you.
