• Leading the design efforts to create visually captivating and cohesive brand experiences. • Shaping the visual identity of our brand through marketing materials, in-app graphics, and user interface elements. • Leveraging your expertise in visual design, branding, and marketing to craft solutions. • Collaborating closely with development, marketing, and product teams to bring creative ideas to life. • Creating stunning, functional designs that enhance the product’s appeal and contribute to overall success. • Design visually engaging materials (e.g., fundraising assets, marketing designs). • Design presentation materials (e.g., slide decks for investors). • Collaborate closely with product design to ensure design consistency.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills • Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, UX/UI Design or a related field • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive design • Full proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma; Sketch) • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate design ideas effectively • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) • Fluent English skills • Advantage but not a must: Some experience working with motion design • Frontend Dev Skills • Good knowledge of German
