🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in software engineering. • Expertise in designing and managing large-scale production systems, particularly in cloud-based architectures (GCP preferred). • Functional knowledge of derivatives markets, including options and perpetual futures. • Proficiency in building 0→1 systems and scaling them. • Exceptional coding and debugging skills, deep understanding of cloud architectures and algorithms. • Design, build, and maintain a large-scale production system on the cloud, ensuring smooth ops and HA. • Consistently manage engineering assets meticulously, starting from gathering requirements and designing to debugging and testing, and finally, release management and operational monitoring. • Proven ability to manage and lead diverse engineering teams, driving motivation and timely delivery. • Track record of mentoring engineers and fostering career growth within a team. • Enthusiastic about emerging tech, modern practices in software engineering, and Web3 development. • Commitment to shaping and evolving the tech stack for cutting-edge innovation.
