📋 Description

• Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HCMS systems, upgrades or configuration changes • Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix • Maintain HCMS tables, document process and results • Provide support for HCMS, including researching and resolving HCMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements, ensure integrity of interfaces with other systems and vendors • Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation • Responsible for logical design of people systems workflows • Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. People Services, Payroll, IT) • Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools • Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs • Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data • Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation • Train clients on new processes/functionality • Train new system users • Maintain awareness of current trends in HCMS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies • Examine trends in information systems training, materials and techniques • Continuously increase both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge • Participate in user group meetings/conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or its international equivalent in HR, Computer Science or a Business- related field • 3 + years global HRIS experience or Global HR Specialist experience with a systems orientation • Experience with Workday report writing preferred • Workday administration experience required, dedicated support of one or more modules preferred – HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Compensation, or Benefits • Basic understanding of global data privacy regulations • Experience with implementing HR systems and HR data conversion • Demonstrates strong organizational skills with attention to details • Excellent team player, collaborative and able to build consensus on working teams • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities • Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, able to prioritize work to meet deadlines • Accountable, dependable and strong commitment • Is customer service focused in approach to work both internally and externally • Maintains a positive, results oriented work environment
