📋 Description

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee the full book of accounts and prepare management accounts for our US distribution business. • Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Manager, this role is critical in ensuring accurate financial planning, analysis, and reporting. • The position requires working night shifts with flexibility in the location of work. • Immediate availability is a plus. • Manage the full set of accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. • Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts and financial reports. • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP) and Group policies. • Oversee reconciliation of intercompany accounts, addressing discrepancies promptly. • Lead and coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes to meet reporting timelines. • Collaborate with the US team and accounting team to ensure accurate data and efficient consolidation activities. • Monitor compliance with evolving accounting regulations and internal policies. • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial reporting and accounting processes. • Engage with auditors and senior management, providing insights into financial performance. • Contribute to strategic projects aimed at enhancing financial systems and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA or equivalent) is highly preferred. • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; Big 4 or listed company experience is advantageous. • Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP. • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Jedox, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamic 365) and advanced MS Excel skills. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Exceptional communication skills to liaise with the US team, auditors, and senior stakeholders. • Fluency in English is required; Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus. • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements. • Adaptability to work night shifts aligned with US Eastern Standard Time. • Immediate availability is a strong advantage.
