Requirements

• Organize and maintain digital asset storage across platforms, including Google Drive, Frame.io, and ClickUp • Tag, categorize, and manage metadata for all digital assets using platforms like pics.io for consistent searchability, accessibility, and integrity across platforms • Track and report data across the company, including Funnelish landing page links, cost analysis and budgets, marketing performance metrics, and other key operational insights • Collaborate with team members across departments via Slack and maintain up-to-date project information on ClickUp • Manage basic edits and prepare assets using Adobe software • Establish workflows to streamline digital asset retrieval and ensure data accuracy across platforms • Proven experience in digital asset management, data entry, or content coordination roles • Familiarity with Google Drive, Frame.io, ClickUp, Slack, Funnelish, pics.io, Google Sites, and Adobe software • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams in a remote environment • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal • Self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
