• Respond to comments and inquiries by addressing customer service questions and engaging with the community. • Craft and implement community strategy, generate reports, and assist the Social Media Manager. • Monitor social media channels and ensure adherence to community guidelines. • Organize engagement activities to promote a positive and inclusive environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community management, social media coordination, or a related role. • Experience with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse online communities. • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout). • Copy writing skills are a plus. • Sense of humor. • Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and insights. • Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices. • Familiarity with customer service principles and practices. • Knowledge of SEO and content optimization is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred. • Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging ideas. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to fast-paced changes. • Passion for the brand and an understanding of its mission and values.

Benefits
