• Assist in driving the development of groundbreaking tools for the private markets investment industry through legal term extraction, research and analysis.

Requirements

• Solid research, document review and analysis experience, particularly of LPAs • Excellent report writing and drafting skills • Knowledge of and experience in the private equity industry • Familiarity with commercial contracts • PQ within a reputable private equity / corporate/commercial practice or be a paralegal with demonstrable experience working in private practice • Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality LPA extractions and reports • Organised and able to work to strict deadlines
