🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years in customer service or a fast-paced support environment in a variety of support channels. • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus). • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Tech-savvy with experience in Windows, Mac, Google Suite. • Ability to work independently and in a team, with flexibility in shift patterns. • Excellent time management skills, and ability to prioritize workload efficiently. • Experience with Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, subscription management tools, as well as AI tools is a plus.
