📋 Description

• PriceBeam is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager. • Responsible for driving the success of our sales team by providing them with resources, knowledge, and tools. • Oversee everything from sales training and onboarding to CRM and data management, and process improvement. • Manage and update our CRM (Hubspot Enterprise) to facilitate best use amongst the sales team. • Lead the customer intelligence analyst team to support continuous collection of market data and trends. • Design and deliver training programs that equip the sales team with new tools and strategies. • Specify, manage, and update sales materials in cooperation with Marketing and ABM teams. • Select, implement, and manage sales enablement tools and platforms to streamline sales processes. • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify gaps and track effectiveness of enablement initiatives. • Lead the onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring they are well-prepared and integrated.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role. • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful training programs for sales teams. • Strong content development skills, with experience creating sales presentations, case studies, and marketing collateral. • Experience managing sales enablement tools and platforms • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make data-driven decisions. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
