• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role. • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful training programs for sales teams. • Strong content development skills, with experience creating sales presentations, case studies, and marketing collateral. • Experience managing sales enablement tools and platforms • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make data-driven decisions. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
