📋 Description
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining the Risk Management Framework • Supporting and challenging BHFS business functions in risk management • Drive and mature risk management practices across BHFS • Develop and drive the risk controls framework • Maintain strong stakeholder management • Recruit, coach and support other risk team members • Lead RCSA programme and facilitating risk assessments • Be accountable for the risk event process • Oversee the Issues management process • Conduct reviews of control testing • Drive and facilitate RAS & KRI annual reviews • Conduct reviews and provide independent oversight • Provide accurate and timely reporting to risk committees • Collaborate with Group Internal Audit • Promote a risk aware culture • Support with global implementation of the BHFS Risk management tool
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years experience in payments or online travel industry or in risk management • Experience in independently leading risk programmes • Strong technical knowledge to promote a risk aware culture • In-depth understanding of risk management tools and methodologies • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Ability to build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders • Good understanding of financial services and payment products • Ability to deliver effective presentations • Ability to effectively prioritize and lead workload, work under pressure • Enthusiastic, self-starting and flexible work attitude • Process, problem solving and committed approach
