• Career TEAM is a leading high-tech workforce development company. • The Proposal Writer will be responsible for responding to leads, RFPs, and potential new engagements. • This role plays a crucial part in securing funding for the organization's mission. • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of grant writing principles and a passion for our cause.

Requirements

• A minimum of two years of experience writing proposals, grant applications, or technical material. • A bachelor’s degree in a field with a strong focus on writing and critical thinking, such as English, communications, or similar. • Fluency with punctuation, sentence structure, grammar, word usage, and syntax. • Ability to write clear and engaging narrative for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to manage multiple deadlines. • Fluency with MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. • Proficiency with content management tools. • Intellectual curiosity about the economic, social, environmental, and political trends that drive TIP’s consulting engagements. • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
