• About Prilenia • Prilenia Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biotech company focused on developing novel therapeutics to slow neurodegenerative diseases progression, is looking for a Vice President for Market Access in Europe. • Prilenia is working towards a potential regulatory filing for HD and starting a global phase 3 in ALS. • The Head of Market Access, Europe will develop and execute the market access strategy across European markets.
Requirements
• Advanced degree in life sciences, health economics, business or a related field (e.g., MSc, MBA, PhD) • Minimum 10 years of biopharma experience in market access, pricing, reimbursement and health economics, primarily in Europe, including significant experience in rare disease and/or neurology (additional commercial, start-up and launch experience are a plus) • Strong understanding of the European healthcare systems and payer environments • Proven track record in developing and executing successful market access strategies • Experience using RWD/RWE • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority • Analytical and strategic thinking with a problem-solving mindset • Reliability and flexibility • Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build and develop teams • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute in a nimble and lean launch setting • Written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus • Public affairs exposure is desirable
