Openly accessible AGI that benefits everyone. • We are building the infrastructure for decentralized AI development at scale. • We aggregate global compute and enable researchers to collaboratively train state-of-the-art models through distributed training across clusters. • We're seeking a pragmatic Founding Protocol Engineer to lead the design and implementation of our decentralized AI protocol, the cornerstone of our ecosystem.
🎯 Requirements
• Extensive experience designing and implementing secure, scalable distributed systems and cryptographic protocols • Proven track record developing and deploying reliable smart contracts and dApps on major blockchains (e.g. Ethereum, EVM-compatible chains) • Strong grasp of computer science, cryptography and consensus fundamentals • Pragmatic approach to protocol development that involves iteratively implementation and experimentation • Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals, distributed training techniques, and AI infrastructure is a strong plus
