• Execute on medium to large projects as a liaison among business operations, technology groups, clients, business partners, vendors, and project/program team. • Understand, analyze, and facilitate business needs, requirements, and impacts of business changes as a result of strategic initiatives, operational changes, compliance requirements, client needs, and technology or operational improvements. • Collaborate with functional teams to develop detailed design specifications according to standards. • Participate with leadership to define and implement the best practice activities for Business Analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Computer Science or Information Technology) and 10+ years of experience in Health Care BI analysis and development OR higher degree (Masters/Ph.D.) with 5+ years of Health Care analytics/architecture experience. • Experience in implementing BI enterprise-scale data model & analytical systems. • Strong business and IT background to architect software, hardware, network or any IT solution that gives the best results to the business. • The ability to translate business issues / requirements and objectives into technical solutions. • Strong knowledge of IT business processes and practices and skilled in partnering with internal customers at all levels to define problems, identify solutions, and be a change agent to promote positive change in the organization. • Proficiency in Big Data, Cloud and Business Intelligence related tools and technologies. • Knowledge of distributed systems, complex data pipelines and data transformation concepts. • Strong history and track record of completing quality projects on time, as well as coaching and mentoring others to success. • Requires strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities. • Lead prototyping of potential analytic and reporting solutions. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess/adjust quickly to changing priorities. • Must possess combination of technical depth, written/verbal communication and client management skills.
