📋 Description
• You will be working for a US-based technology company with the leading Software, Web and mobile app development for business in North America helping independent retailers. • The role will work on an amazing team of engineers to continue building out products to meet our retailers digital needs. • Develop new products as a member of one of our Scrum teams. • Own and drive technical implementation of product features. • Execute and promote software development best practices, including CI/CD, code scanning, various testing methodologies, and automated build pipelines. • Provide guidance, mentoring, and code reviews to more junior Software Developers. • Assist with software designs to meet Product Owners’ needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA engineers and system administrators, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software solutions. • Identify and troubleshoot performance issues and implement optimizations to improve overall software performance.
🎯 Requirements
• Proficient in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python). • BS in Computer Science (or related field) OR equivalent experience. • 4+ years of relevant work experience. • Experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue, Next.js) is required • Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) is required • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP) is required • Experience with Secure Development Coding practices is a plus • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
