Requirements

ā€¢Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) ā€¢Previous experience in customer service or a related field ā€¢Strong communication and interpersonal skills ā€¢Ability to multitask and work well under pressure ā€¢Attention to detail and problem-solving skills ā€¢Proficient in using customer service software and tools ā€¢Reliable internet connection and appropriate work-from-home setup ā€¢Data Entry and Management ā€¢Social Media Moderation is a plus.
