• Bachelor's Degree in Business and Marketing, or relevant field • 3-4 years' experience in digital marketing • Proficiency in Facebook Ads platform (>3 years of experience) • Proficiency in Google Adwords, Google Analytics and Google Tag manager (>1 year of experience) • Ability to communicate effectively and drive positive outcomes with stakeholders • Strong passion for performance advertising growth metrics
