• provide direct support to the Director of Development Events & Operations • contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of Prison Fellowship's Development events • compile and maintain contact information for corporate partners, donors, and prospects • manage logistical and administrative components of event invitations and email communications • support media relations efforts and assist in the development and distribution of promotional materials, marketing collateral, and event literature
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in event planning, marketing, and/or operations • demonstrated ability to interact with senior leadership • college degree or equivalent coursework and experience • demonstrated proficiency in event-related software, Microsoft Office Suite • strong knowledge of event planning/scheduling, vendor coordination, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up • excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills • ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environment under pressure
