📋 Description

• This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the billing process to ensure accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and support revenue cycle efficiency. • The position collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline the billing workflow, ensure accurate revenue capture, and maintain compliance. • A focus on revenue cycle management (RCM) ensures an improved patient experience, financial clarity, and optimized operations. • The role also includes maintaining and updating work instructions (WI) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in revenue cycle management (RCM), billing, accounts receivable, or financial analysis within a healthcare environment. • Strong understanding of RCM processes and the patient journey from initial contact to final payment. • Proficiency with billing systems such as Brightree, SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. • Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
