📋 Description
• Make first contact with policy holder after a loss • Complete field inspections and assessments of damage • Work in the field climbing grain bins and assessing losses • Perform fact-finding and communicate effectively on claims • Escalate unresolved issues to Area Claims Supervisor • Continuously expand knowledge of crop insurance regulations
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma • Crop insurance experience in claims or compliance or any ag-related experience • Analytical skills and attention to detail • Basic computer and internet applications • Communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills • Reliable means of transportation and the willingness to travel • Completion of your Claim Adjuster Proficiency Program (CAPP) certification and/or any applicable licenses required by State agencies preferred
