Description

• Procurify is the AI-enhanced procurement and AP automation platform for the mid-market. We make it easy for organizations to take control of spend and save money. • This role will be pivotal in owning our paid digital campaigns and collaborating with the team to optimize our customers digital experience across web and SEO to achieve inbound growth targets. • Define annual and quarterly plans that outline the digital strategy across paid and organic to achieve targets. KPIs: MQL, SAL, SQL creation. Pipeline & revenue created. Cost per lead, Cost-per-opp cost-per-closed. • Directly manage paid digital channels, including campaign setup, optimization, and budget management, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet performance targets. KPIs: MQL, SAL, SQL creation. Pipeline & revenue created. Cost per lead, Cost-per-opp cost-per-closed. • Build and foster a collaborative and high performing Digital team across paid digital, website and SEO including planning, coaching and performance management. KPIs include: Achievement of inbound KPI’s and individual performance reviews bi-annually. • Lead the planning of website optimization strategies with the WebOps Manager to improve conversion rates and improve customer experience. • Collaborate with the SEO group to create and execute a robust SEO strategy to improve organic search visibility, drive website traffic, and enhance overall search engine ranking.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years in SaaS digital marketing, B2B digital agency experience preferred, with a proven track record of managing digital projects, budgets and teams. • Understanding of customer behavior and user experience to create effective digital solutions that meet customer needs. • Strong skills in analyzing digital metrics and KPIs to distill into actionable insights and recommendations to optimize performance. • In-depth knowledge of paid and organic digital marketing including paid advertising, SEO, SEM, website optimization and email marketing. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, presenting strategies, and leading teams. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire a diverse team and influence cross-functional partners. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often involving cross-functional teams.
