• Enthusiasm to work for an early-stage VC-backed company • Interest in tech solutions and basic understanding of tech vocabulary • First experience working in a customer facing team (preferably in an earlier B2B role in SaaS) • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset • Structured work approach and the ability to organize yourself • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and hands-on mentality • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
