• At ProducePay, we are revolutionizing the global produce industry by building a more connected and sustainable ecosystem. • Our platform empowers farmers by providing them with unprecedented access to markets, financial solutions, and trade protection. • In turn, buyers and consumers benefit from fresher, responsibly grown produce delivered more efficiently. • By simplifying these processes, we aim to reduce economic and food waste by over 50%, creating shared value for everyone involved. • We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Compensation Analyst to manage the day-to-day operations of compensation records for our global sales team. • The ideal candidate will have experience with compensation and commissions, and working knowledge of tools like CaptivateIQ (or similar). • This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy of compensation data, automating processes, and supporting the sales team in reaching their full potential. • Maintain and manage all compensation data in CaptivateIQ, ensuring alignment with People Team and Sales Operations regarding new hires, terminations, pay changes, role/team adjustments, quota updates, guarantees, and spiff programs. • Reconcile CaptivateIQ data with People Team records, ensuring consistency and accuracy. • Set up and monitor new and existing users on CaptivateIQ, providing onboarding and training for new hires in collaboration with the sales enablement team. • Extract relevant data from Salesforce for calculating semi-monthly sales commissions, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Accurately calculate sales commissions and collaborate with HR to ensure timely and correct payments. • Address compensation-related inquiries from sales reps and leadership promptly and accurately. • Route quarterly compensation plan documents through CaptivateIQ to sales reps. • Prepare and maintain monthly compensation reporting for leadership, ensuring clear communication in monthly commission review meetings. • Partner with the HR Team to implement an automated data feed for people records to streamline processes. • Document current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
• 3 or more years of experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience. • Strong understanding of monthly compensation and commission cycles. • Proficiency in ERP systems, databases, spreadsheets, and word processing, with strong Excel skills. • Previous experience with CaptivateIQ and Salesforce is highly desirable. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Spanish, with the ability to present information clearly to cross-functional team members. • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently with large datasets. • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
