Description
• Support the development and delivery of innovative digital solutions • Manage client projects encompassing ESG and climate change strategies • Conduct research, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations • Develop presentations and reports using PowerPoint, Word, Excel • Supervise interns to ensure effective project delivery • Promote Delphi’s accomplishments through marketing efforts
Requirements
• Demonstrated project management experience in ESG, sustainability, and climate change • Expertise in ESG, sustainability, climate change, and biodiversity principles, standards • Familiarity with sustainability/ESG reporting standards (GRI, SASB, CDP) • Experience with GHG inventories and climate change assessments • Experience in developing materials for engagement activities • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience in interdisciplinary teams and dynamic work environments • Bachelor's degree in sustainability or related fields with 4+ years of experience
