📋 Description
• We are an iGaming company with over three years of experience and a team of more than 1000 specialists. • 8 major projects that are popular among our clients and successfully operate in Tier 1-3 countries. • We are looking for a skilled Email Marketing Manager to join our team and work collaboratively with colleagues globally. • Your responsibilities will include development of emails, creation and optimization of trigger chains, participation in the development of marketing strategy, working with the database, interaction with copywriters and designers, A/B testing, preparation of monthly reports on sent campaigns, and participation in the improvement of key performance indicators.
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in a similar role. • Experience with creating automated email flows, personalization, dynamic content, email campaigns, email templates, and website analytics. • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS. • Experience with A/B testing. • Understanding of email technologies (DKIM, SPF, DMARC, soft and hard bounces, complaint rates, unsubscribe rates, postmasters, etc.). • Understanding of email content and its impact on deliverability (subject lines, body text, graphic design, etc.). • Familiarity with spam filter logic. • Attention to detail. • Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus. • Preferred: Experience with Customer.io, SendGrid, or similar systems. • Experience with Power BI. • Knowledge of the principles of spam filters. • Experience in domain warming. • Knowledge of warming strategies.
