Description

• Review contracts for game providers, service provider, and partnership agreements, etc. • Assist in brand launches and partnership initiatives by reviewing and advising on contracts with gaming platforms and service providers • Provide legal support for chargeback cases, developing response strategies and ensuring legal compliance • (optional) Analyze compliance processes in various countries, offering recommendations for tax and regulatory compliance • Manage payment systems, ensuring adherence to relevant norms and regulations • Handle high-risk business ventures, working with complex clients to ensure legal protection and compliance • Legal support the process of obtaining gambling licenses • Incorporation of new entities worldwide

Requirements

• Advanced legal education and an active legal license • Experience in the field of gaming industry and licensing, including knowledge of DPO (Designated Person for Compliance) requirements • Experience working with contracts and agreements in the gaming industry • Knowledge of national and international regulations in the gaming industry and licensing • Experience dealing with chargebacks and compliance processes • Familiarity with payment systems and their compliance requirements • Experience in high-risk business environments is a plus • Proficiency in English, enabling effective communication and collaboration with international clients and regulators
