📋 Description
• Daily monitoring and control of gamification elements operation. • Adjustment and calibration of game mechanics parameters under the guidance of senior specialists. • Collection and systematization of data on player behavior within gamification activities. • Prepare regular reports on the status and effectiveness of gamification elements. • Conducting basic analysis of the collected data and forming optimization proposals. • Participate in A/B testing of new mechanics under the guidance of senior specialists. • Maintaining up-to-date documentation on game mechanics and scenarios. • Helping to integrate new gamification elements into existing products. • Regularly studying trends in the gamification industry and preparing reviews for the team.
🎯 Requirements
• Basic understanding of the principles of gamification and user motivation. • Proficiency in Excel and basic skills in analytical tools. • Attention to detail and ability to work meticulously with data. • Basic skills in preparing presentations and reports. • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from senior professionals. • Experience with analytics systems (e.g. Google Analytics). • Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles. • Familiarity with the basics of project management. • Interest in the online gambling or cryptocurrency industry.
