Description

• Improve conversion rates on all landing pages of our products. • Analyze current conversion metrics and identify areas for improvement. • Develop and implement strategies to increase conversion rates on websites and mobile applications. • Set up, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests. • Collaborate closely with development, marketing, and UX teams to implement changes. • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of user behaviour. • Prepare reports on test results and provide recommendations for further actions. • Optimize sales funnels and customer journeys to maximize conversion rates.

Requirements

• Proven experience on the same position or similar • Strong knowledge of A/B testing tools. • Understanding of UX/UI design principles and how they affect conversions. • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.). • Experience in working with large datasets and extracting key insights. • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with different departments. • Skilled in data visualization and report preparation. • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
