Requirements

• Successful experience in managing a sales team of 1 year, preferably in gambling or affiliate marketing. • Understanding of affiliate marketing, CPA and Revenue Share models. • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term relationships with clients. • Experience in handling objections and persuading clients in a highly competitive environment. • Ability to identify customer needs and select the most effective solutions. • Experience in developing and implementing strategies to improve team effectiveness. • Ability to make independent decisions and be flexible in a changing market. • High level of self-organization and ability to manage time effectively. • Analytical thinking and results orientation: Skilled in using reporting and analytical tools to track KPIs and develop sales strategy. • English at least Upper-Intermediate level, as work may involve interaction with foreign clients. • Experience of working with CRM-systems and knowledge of the specifics of online gambling will be a plus. • Higher education in marketing, management, economics or related fields is an advantage.
