• Lead the strategic direction and growth of products in CHL/INDIA/BGD/PERU markets • Oversee the product lifecycle from inception to delivery • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, marketing, and customer support • Define and prioritize product features and optimize user experience • Maintain a competitive edge in the market

Requirements

• Casino Product manager experience of at least 3 years, total experience 4+ years • Analytical skills and knowledge of the main casino metrics (GGR, NGR, RTP, RR, C2R/R2D, LTV, Bonus Cost/Rate) • A/B analysis skills, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Power BI • Experience and understanding of UX/UI design • Excellent knowledge of the market and competitors (CHL/INDIA/BGD/PERU/PH markets) • Launch of casino bonus policy • Experience in product management, including development of roadmaps, design management and successful project launches • Ability to generate reports, analyze product metrics and generate reports • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work successfully with team and stakeholders
