• Management of the ( CHL / MX / BGD ) Product Managers team; • Control of the creation of a promo calendar on projects; • Analysis of the passability and popularity of all deposit payment methods; • Control of all key product metrics; • Analysis of already working functionality, finalizing it, identifying successful cases for launching successful functionality on flagship projects; • Development of mockups, new products, for designers and developers; • Compilation and maintenance of the backlog of project tasks. Setting and actualizing priorities; • Analysis of competitors and study of new casino functionality; • Analysis of the effectiveness of the bonus system;

Requirements

• Casino Product manager experience of at least 3 years, total experience 4+ years; • Analytical skills and knowledge of the main casino metrics (GGR, NGR, RTP, RR, C2R/R2D, LVT, Bonus Cost/Rate); • A/B analysis skills, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Power BI; • Experience and understanding of UX/UI design; • Excellent knowledge of the market and competitors ( CHL / MX / BGD ); • Launch of casino bonus policy; • Experience in product management, including development of roadmaps, design management and successful project launches; • Ability to generate reports, analyze product metrics and generate reports; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work successfully with team and stakeholders.
