• Project management at all stages: a full management cycle, from project initiation to closure. • Team coordination: interaction with development, marketing, design and other departments to synchronize processes. • Roadmap development and support: updating and managing the project roadmap, monitoring deadlines. • Monitoring indicators and budget management: KPI control, budget and time resource management. • Risk management and problem solving: promptly identifying and eliminating risks at each stage of the project. • Continuous process improvement: analysis and optimization of interaction processes between teams. • Communication with stakeholders: regular reporting, providing data on the project status and resolving issues. • Use of project management tools: support planning, monitoring and reporting processes using JIRA, Confluence, Asana.

Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager: at least 3 years, preferably in the iGaming field. • Multitasking skills: experience managing several projects simultaneously and the ability to maintain high performance indicators. • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies: experience adapting methodologies to teamwork, including setting up workflows. • Experience with project management tools: confident proficiency in JIRA, Trello, Asana, Confluence, as well as basic knowledge of CRM systems. • Budget and resource management skills: experience in planning, forecasting and optimizing resources, understanding of financial management principles. • Analytical thinking and attention to detail: the ability to identify and solve problems at each stage of the project. • Strong communication and leadership skills: the ability to motivate a team, convey information and coordinate work to achieve results. • English level B2+: the ability to work and communicate in English with clients and the team.
