Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or call centers. • Excellent proficiency in the Russian language, both spoken and written. • Familiarity with basic customer interaction techniques and skill in handling objections. • Ability to stay composed in high-pressure situations. • A positive, friendly attitude. • Solid computer skills.
