Requirements

• Experience in offline or online sales minimum 3 months. • Knowledge of Turkish language is a must. • Understanding of the key stages of the sales process. • Practical experience of communicating effectively with clients and dealing with their objections. • High level of literacy for professional communication with clients. • Ability to work effectively in both routine and crisis situations. • Empathy and openness when communicating with clients.
