Description

• Provide user support through HelpDesk (1st and 2nd lines). • Manage user accounts and access to corporate services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, VPN, Bitrix24, etc.). • Troubleshoot technical issues, maintain documentation, and create user guides. • Automate processes, conduct audits of user accounts and security.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator in a corporate environment. • Proficiency in MS Windows, Active Directory, and group policies. • Experience with PowerShell, MDM Intune, MS365, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V). • Familiarity with network equipment (Mikrotik, Cisco) and antivirus systems. • Experience with clustered virtualization, Jira/Confluence. • Scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation. • Knowledge of MDM for macOS (Jamf, etc.) and experience with Hetzner/Vultr.
