• Responsible for post-sales activity for key customers • Manage a portfolio of customers to drive business value • Act as a strategic partner to drive product adoption • Collaborate cross functionally to create optimal customer experience • Hold quarterly account reviews for future business opportunities • Implement strategies to maintain high customer satisfaction • Serve as the interface for managing critical situations
• 3+ years in Customer Success managing relationships in complex organizations • Fluent in German; Italian is an advantage • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Experience in customer management within a software or SaaS environment • Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to travel up to 20%
