📋 Description
• We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the launch of an innovative IT product that will set new industry standards. • In this role, you will combine your technical expertise and strategic vision to guide the product from concept to market. • You will develop a comprehensive product strategy that addresses emerging technologies and clients' needs, ensuring our new offering exceeds market expectations. • Define and execute a compelling product roadmap aligned with the company’s vision and customer needs. • Work closely with the development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery and market fit. • Leverage user feedback, analytics, and market research to refine and optimize product features. • Identify opportunities for product innovation, lead ideation sessions, and oversee feature development from concept to launch. • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies, user acquisition campaigns, and long-term business scaling efforts.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher) and fluent Ukrainian; • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the tech or e-commerce space; • Experience working with startups and launching products from scratch; • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to grow into a leadership role; • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams; • Data-driven mindset with a track record of making impactful decisions based on analytics and user feedback; • Strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term vision and immediate priorities. • Experience working with e-commerce platforms like Amazon or Shopify; • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their applications in SaaS products; • Demonstrated success in scaling products or business units.
