📋 Description
• Drive organic and paid social media traffic through influencers and affiliate partnerships. • Manage content, build relationships, and optimize campaigns focusing on D2C CPG companies. • Use data and KPIs to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue and brand presence.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years experience in scaling D2C CPG companies, particularly through influencers, affiliates, and social media marketing. • Must be able to demonstrate experience and provide case studies managing creator campaigns that drive measurable sales growth. • Strong network of creators or experience sourcing and recruiting. • Deep knowledge of TikTok Shop, Meta Business Suite, Amazon Creator Connections, and influencer platforms (e.g., Aspire, CreatorIQ, Cohley). • Strong background in DTC e-commerce CPG, especially in the health and wellness sector. • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced founder-led startup environment. Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking ROI and performance metrics. • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies independently, ensuring that the vision is aligned with business goals and market trends.
