Description

• Oversee implementation process for new clients, ensuring seamless transition from sales to implementation • Develop and maintain implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues impacting project delivery • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on project status • Act as trusted advisor, offering guidance on best practices for customer experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent project management certifications/experience in SaaS • 3+ years of proven project management experience focusing on software solutions • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking • Experience with CRM systems, project management tools, and customer support platforms • PMP certification is a plus • Knowledge of customer journey management is advantageous
