Requirements

• 2+ years of legal experience • Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent • A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” take ownership of matters, and to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with smart and creative people • Ability to take a pragmatic business-oriented approach to problem solving in order to achieve business goals and objectives • Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines • Ability to identify risks across the business and advise management on risks and strategies for risk mitigation • Experience in a law firm or in-house experience at a technology company or equivalent • Experience with IP or patents and trademarks a plus • International experience a plus • Enthusiastic about technology, enjoy being continually challenged and demonstrate sound judgement • Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross functional team • Excellent judgment, attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information • Strong written and communication skills • Sense of humor
